Lana Gatto Paillettes

Lana Gatto Paillettes is a fine lace weight thread strung with tiny sequins, made to be held together with another yarn. Knit or crochet it alongside a 4 ply or 8 ply and the sequins scatter through the fabric for a wash of sparkle without changing the drape or the tension of the main yarn.

Each 25g ball carries about 195 metres, so one ball goes a long way through a shawl, a cowl or the yoke of a cardigan. It also works on its own for lace on 2.25mm to 2.75mm needles or a 2.25mm hook. 100% polyester, so it takes a gentle machine wash with whatever yarn it is paired with.
