Australia
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $200.
Orders under $200 are charged a flat shipping rate, which will be displayed at checkout.
For particularly bulky or heavy orders, additional shipping charges may apply. If this is the case, we’ll contact you before your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected destinations.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available. If additional shipping charges apply due to the size, weight or destination of your order, we’ll contact you before processing your order.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.
Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
During busy periods, promotional events or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery
We primarily ship using Australia Post.
Standard delivery times within Australia are typically 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather events, peak periods and courier delays.
If your parcel appears delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll do everything we reasonably can to assist.
Express Shipping
Where available, Express Post can be selected during checkout.
While we prioritise Express Post orders for dispatch, Express Post does not guarantee same-day dispatch, as orders still require processing before they are shipped.
