A lace weight yarn of kid mohair and mulberry silk, light enough to weigh almost nothing and warm out of all proportion to it. The mohair gives the halo, the silk gives the drape and the quiet sheen underneath it.

Knitted alone on 2.5mm needles it makes airy shawls, wraps and lightweight jumpers. Held together with another yarn it lifts the colour and adds a soft bloom without adding weight, which is the way most people reach for it.
