We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 60 days of purchase, provided the items are returned in their original packaging and saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is faulty, incorrect or damaged, we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that patterns, books, needles and skeins we have wound for you cannot be returned.
