Bookings & payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in a class or workshop.

Class numbers

Our classes require a minimum number of participants to go ahead, and places are limited to ensure everyone gets the support they need.

If a class does not reach the minimum number of bookings, we may need to reschedule or cancel it. We’ll let you know as soon as possible, and no later than three days before the scheduled class. Crossways Wool & Fabrics is not responsible for any travel or other costs incurred as a result of a class being cancelled or rescheduled.

If we cancel or reschedule your class, you can choose to transfer your booking to another class, receive the amount paid as store credit, or receive a full refund.

Cancellations & changes

We understand that plans can change. If you can no longer attend your class, the following cancellation terms apply:

More than 7 days before your class

You can cancel, transfer to another available class, or request a full refund.

Between 7 days and 48 hours before your class

You can transfer your booking or receive a credit to use towards another class. If you would prefer a refund, we can provide one if we’re able to fill your place with another participant.

Less than 48 hours before your class

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund, credit or transfer for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class.

Missed classes

If you do not attend your booked class without providing notice, your booking will be considered a cancellation and no refund, credit or transfer will be available.
